CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT FOR WIND TURBINE SUPPORTING TOWER STRUCTURE

  • Concept development for wind turbine supporting tower / jacket structure and assessment of reusing existing jacket structure. Design of tower structure for lift condition, tower structure (250 T). Development of WCR, rigging & pad-eye design for the wind turbine tower.
  • Detail drawings for primary structure and detailed MTO for the structure for proposal.
  • Review of the transportation analysis of the modular structure, sea fastening analysis and design.
  • Carry out detail advanced FEA analysis of the critical joints using finite element software

IN-PLACE, LIFT AND TRANSPORTATION ANALYSIS OF ETP PLANT MODULES

  • Carry out detail In-service and Lift analysis of ETP modular structure (20 & 25 T) fabricated for Unilever Ghana and supporting the ETP treatment plant equipment as per BS EN and DNV standards. Design of connections, rigging and pad-eyes.
  • Carry out transportation, grillage and sea fastening design along with the barge strength checks for the skid structure supporting seal gas compressor.
